Mid-Valee is a 27-hole, regulation, public course with potential/plans exist for returning it to 18-holes creating 17 acres (+/-) of commercial/retail frontage on Hwy 41 between Appleton and Green Bay, Wisconsin and 25 +/- acres of home sites along some of the holes.

The property, located on beautiful, gently rolling terrain encompasses over 160 acres +/-. It features a large clubhouse and several support buildings. The course offers three, Class 1, 35-par courses that can be played in three 18-hole combinations. The tree-lined fairways average approximately twenty-five yards in width, encouraging accuracy off the tee. However, if shots stray from the fairway into the rough, recovery is usually not a problem. Several water hazards and a plethora of sand bunkers come into play throughout the layout. Both the Red and White courses feature traditional-style designs, while the Blue Course is constructed links-style. The signature hole can be found on the Blue Course, #8, a 149-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot across water to the green.
